Digital Request Form
Welcome to our new form! We’ve consolidated all of our digital request types and provided more context around our offerings.
Depending on the type of work required, your request will be managed by our communications team (CER) or by our technology team (AIT). As soon as we assess your needs, CER or AIT will contact you.
Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. If this is an urgent matter, please note the urgency and provide as much information as possible so that we can help you meet your deadline.
Choose from one of the following digital request types:
Updates to the interactive campus map are made periodically throughout the year. If your request needs to be addressed at a different time, please make a note of that in the form.

If you have decided that you would like to move your site into UA’s managed WordPress theme or start a new site, please fill out one of these forms. We will set you up in our pre-production environment.
- If you have a current public-facing site it will not be impacted and will remain online during the migration.
- Your pre-production site won’t be visible to the public.
- If you make any updates to your live site also duplicate them on your pre-production site. The two environments are not connected and any updates not transferred will be lost.
Requests for third-level wfu.edu domains (i.e., ________.wfu.edu) require approval from the University’s TLD Approval Board.
The University has an established policy of allocating a single third-level wfu.edu domain to University schools, departments and other functional units. Sub-units are generally required to use a fourth-level domain under an existing third-level domain. Fourth-level domains also can be submitted through this form.
Recommended search results appear above the organic Google search results on wfu.edu. Recommended search results will not appear on Google or any other search engine.
