News and Communications

Across two campuses and in settings around the world, engaged students, committed teachers and skilled researchers are studying everything from contemporary art to computational biophysics, from race relations in the Civil War to small business practices in the Winston-Salem community, and from mutual fund management to regenerative medicine.  The unique character of the University has been defined throughout its history by the stories of academic successes and the people that live, work and learn as part of the Wake Forest community.

The News and Communications team in the Office of Communications and External Relations is charged with telling Wake Forest’s stories by building awareness among national and international audiences and identifying and developing stories that strategically promote the university.

Our team also promotes faculty and staff experts as resources to media, positioning Wake Forest as an important resource on current issues.
